Shipping and Returns
We deliver to seeds to New Zealand and Australia, as well as most countries in Asia, Europe and North America from Christchurch, NZ.
From time-to-time we may run free shipping promotions. These include Standard and Rural Delivery costs to New Zealand addresses only.
New Zealand delivery targets
We use Courier Post for all deliveries. We deliver nationwide in New Zealand. Deliveries are sent using a tracked overnight non signature service. All orders will be despatched the day after the order has been placed. Most orders will be delivered the next day.
You will be provided with an order number when you place your order. When your order has been collected by Courier Post, Courier Post will send you an email with your tracking reference. You will be updated via email as your parcel travels to you.
Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take 1-2 additional days.
Please note, delivery targets are a guide only and we can't guarantee that your parcel will reach its destination within the delivery target. However, we'll do our best to get your seeds to you as soon as possible.
New Zealand delivery methods and rates
All deliveries are by courier and we use a tracked non signature service.
Standard delivery - courier tracked, non signature (seeds only)

Rural delivery - courier tracked, non signature (seeds only)
Rural delivery - courier tracked, non signature (accessories, including heatpads, or combined accessories and seeds)
In some rare instances where delivery is challenging, e.g. offshore islands, there may be additional delivery charges. If this is the case with your order, we will get in touch directly to discuss, once we have received your order.
If the goods cannot be delivered because the courier believed the delivery address was not secure, you cannot accept delivery or the incorrect address has been provided, it then becomes the buyer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from their courier depot.
If you are missing your shipment and it has been more than five working days since you placed your order, please contact email@example.com.
All deliveries are sent in standard letter envelopes and we use a tracked non signature service.
Standard delivery – International Air NZ Post untracked, non signature
We use an International Air service. For Australia, South Pacific: 3-10 days. For the rest of the world: 8-10 days. This is an untracked service. All prices are in NZD.
Please note, we will only send seeds in letter envelopes if the physical order size is small. What is 'small' is determined on a case-by-case basis as the sizes of seeds vary. We are happy to send seeds on a courier tracked service to international destinations if customers want to order more than what will fit into a standard envelope. We will discuss this with you when you email regarding placing an order. Contact us here.
Please note, some countries charge additional duties or fees for overseas purchases. Our shipping costs do not cover these additional local fees, if they apply to your order.
Please note, we do not know the biosecurity requirements for all countries, so it is therefore the buyer's responsibility to make sure the seeds are permitted to be sent.
